I’ve been a hockey player, soccer player and worked in a large variety of occupations.
I found myself thrown into the teaching role at a fairly young age. My first, being martial arts and eventually self defence classes for women and people living on the street through a City of Vancouver program.
I moved to Ontario in 1997 from the west and have been instructing others in Yoga, Qigong and Meditation for over 22 years now.
Yoga and Qigong were a very large part of my Martial training and moving forward, I bring a fresh and evolved aspect of this, utilizing a modern understanding of the body combined with both ancient and modern wisdom.

I transitioned to online classes and private instruction due to the pandemic. Online classes will continue post pandemic, enabling you to participate in the comfort of your own home and personal space.
Mayfair Clubs
(2001 – present)
Many of the members at Mayfair have been with me all of the years I have been there. Yoga, Power Yoga, Qigong and Meditation are among the classes I instruct there.
Worked with patients recovering from traumatic injury utilizing Yoga Therapy along with techniques from Meditation and Qigong to assist with conditions ranging from PTSD to mobility issues, post car accident. Worked in conjunction with Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists.
