Hatha Yoga
A universal type of yoga, Hatha works the body through stretching, balance and core strength, with a strong focus on how to utilize your breath to improve your practice, sports and stress. In this version of Yoga, you will find a lot of variations available to account for tight and resistant muscles, injuries and stubborn areas such as knees, back and shoulders. Anyone and everyone can do this practice!
Power Yoga
This is generally considered an eastern type of Calisthenics. There is some repeated motion however, there is a great deal of holding of poses. Standing, balancing and strength training.
This class can increase your heart rate and body temperature due to muscle strain. People with some experience in Yoga and having the ability for movement or weight bearing would be helpful.
